Hiei, I was just trying the US codes and some them, such as Max Health, Max Rupees, and Have All Quest Items don't seem to work.

Ok, I got the Max Health and Max Rupees codes to work, but I had to remove the following line of code: a20660d2 00000000.

For kyle_nds if you are really bent on adding the codes manually then just go directly to Hiei-YYH's subscription http://www.codemasters-project.net/members/hieiyyh/ards/sub.xml and scroll to the bottom. At this time the codes for the game are at the bottom of his subscription. Should be pretty straight forward to read and figure out. Hope that helps.

I tried some of the codes (mostly stats like hearts,etc. No item/weapon codes) and they work. But the ship parts code doesn't seem to work.

I compared your CB codes, and the title says to press L+R (btw your sub doesn't mention this)? I did, and nothing happened...I checked my collection and there's nothing new. Where am I suppose to press this? Or do they appear at the boat shop place? cuz that place isn't open yet.

BTW I'm using the R4 atm, I'm going to buy it tomorrow...freak'n Best Buy is releasing it then. I suspect that may be the problem, as I read somewhere someone said the R4 uses old AR firmware...

and yes, you have to press L+R while the game is running, not when in the ship.

Has anyone here gotten these codes to work on a G6 Real? I tried, but it gets stuck on that purple/pink screen that always appears when you run a game (stupid 2.3 firmware).

all codes execute when:

1 - you're already playing (player pointer is enabled)
2 - you pressed the buttons.

besides that, there is no way to crash on boot. i suggest you to get another flashcard

To see the ship parts, go to the collection screen and tap the arrow pointing right. It can be easy to miss. But anyway, I can confirm that All Ship Parts code does work.

Macrox tested the fix below, made by me, and said it worked. Actually it should work with 90+% of the games that have a 'freezing' problem with the TT (not sure how much games have this problem). Also FYI, I believe games that have a freezing problem with the TT will work fine on the AR (without the TT). To test if its a freezing (and not crashing) problem, you can also open the TT's memory editor, and make it auto-refresh. If the game starts playing (might be choppy, even unplayable), it is actually a freezing problem and the 'fix' below should work. Else, the game is crashed (and should crash with the AR (without the TT)), and will need a custom (m) code. :

01. Insert the ActionReplay DS & Trainer Toolkit dev board into your DS.
02. Connect USB cable to Dev board & PC.
03. Turn on your Nintendo DS.
04. Open the Trainer Toolkit PC software.
05. Verify communication between the DS &PC.
( Tools --> Show Hex View )
06. Insert the game that has a freezing problem into the DS.
07. Open 'runlist' window in the Trainer Toolkit software.
( Tools --> Show Runlist )
08. Paste this code into the runlist window :

09. Click Upload.
10. Tap screen to begin game.

I doubt that will happen but if that fix doesn't work, change the 023e0008 00000002 to 023e0008 0000000X, where X is neither 1 nor 2 (could be 0, 3, 4...).

Hiei, will the last three or so code be ported soon? I think the only codes yet to be ported are the one for the Arrow Target Minigame, Infinite Hourglass Power Time, and Hourglass Mode. Hope to see these ported soon and happy hacking.

Would it be possible to use your save from the japanese version with the US version ROM? I seem to remember doing something similar with US rom and jap save(it was quite a while ago, but I think it was GBC that I did it with, it was a Pokemon game, I believe.) Just a thought.

Not that I know of. Works fine with my R4. Holding X keeps the boat going fast, use a relative location or something to determine that it is moving faster than normal. >_>
